Elderrific: Accessing Your Superpowers to Live and Die Well
Elderrific is a new self-help book by Carol O’Dowd that shares practices for accessing our superpowers. Each chapter, in addition to sharing practices for accessing your superpowers, includes stories and examples of elders and superheroes using their powers. Instead of coaching how to be better than others, the book explains how to tap the powers of generosity, relationships, empathy, awareness and thankfulness.
The superpowers reviewed in this book are ones that truly make you G.R.E.A.T. They are the superpowers of:
- G – generosity
- R – relationships
- E – empathy
- A – awareness
- T – thankfulness
