Connecting with the Spirit of Nature
Explore different approaches to living a peaceful life by connecting with the spirit of nature. Carol offers what is sometimes called ‘forest bathing’ using the trails and the trees next to her office. Nature sessions involve mindfulness practices that involve experiencing the trees, plants, and natural environment. Explore with senses the ground and the air. Due to her Eastern and Western training along with having taught alongside spiritual leaders from various traditions in different countries, Carol can counsel on different ways to grow spiritually as well as effectively manage daily stresses and anxieties of daily life.
